Power Burn – All-Level Heated Yoga – 99°
Whether you are early in your yoga journey or an experienced practitioner, Power Burn is for you! This all-levels heated yoga class features the same 34 postures each time, which ensures students enter the space knowing what to expect. But never fear, there is plenty of space to learn, grow and discover while holding each pose for 5-7 breaths. We encourage all students to try a Power Burn class in order to see firsthand the benefits of a consistent yoga practice. Students with shoulder, elbow or wrist injuries will find little to no weight bearing on these joints.
