No ballet experience required here! The barre concept is a unique and new training method – a ballet barre workout combining elements of ballet, Pilates and power yoga. This total body experience creates long, lean muscle mass. The class includes work to strengthen arms, legs, abs and gluts. Besides increasing your strength, the class helps build flexibility, balance, and core to support you in everything you do.
