Power Life Yoga’s Power 2 class focuses on building and engaging your entire body through a demanding, fast-paced yoga practice. Oh, and we fit in some great core strengthening work, too. Set to energizing music in a heated environment, Power Life Yoga’s Power 2 class strengthens, sculpts, balances, detoxifies and energizes the body and the mind.
