Kids Yoga – Ages 4-10
“The sun, the sun, I salute the sun! I open my heart to everyone!”
At Power Life, we offer yoga for the whole family! During our Kids Yoga classes, children between the ages of 4-10 will practice age-appropriate yoga postures, breathing techniques, play games, dance and move to music! Together, they will work to cultivate coordination and awareness of others, while developing techniques to relax the mind and body. Children will learn how to be strong, brave and peaceful in a safe setting. Kiddos are sure to leave class with a more open heart and mind!
